19th C. Grain/Storage Bin

19th C pine grain/storage bin with the original red stain, the original iron hinges and beautiful dovetails. The four feet are pegged through the bottom of the bin.  Very sturdy and useful, too!  Origin is believed to be either Ohio or New York.  Measures 37" X 19" X 29".      $1195

    

   

19th C. Painted Child's Blanket Chest

Small 19th C. child's pine blanket chest in original olive green paint. Has an applied molding around the base and one around the lid. Retains its original lock and hinges. Inside is painted a reddish brown-- probably done at a later date. A few minor age related dings here and there, but overall in very good shape. Measures  20" X 13" X 12".     $425

   

Early 19th C. Attic Surface Blanket Chest

Primitive perfection! A terrific pine attic surface blanket chest on the most wonderful high demilune cutouts and retaining its original snipe hinges. This blanket chest descended in the Fairbanks family of Medfield, MA. Measures 40" X 16 1/2" X 26 1/2".      $995
